The past thirty years,China's rapid economic development,promote the rising coal price at the same time,natural disasters occur,resulting in many domestic provinces with power shortage phenomenon,to solve China's environmental problems and energy shortage,many domestic experts and scholars consider from the environmental protection,safety,conomy and other factors,determine the nuclear power is the most potential clean energy.Considering the superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steel,it is widely used in the key components of nuclear power industry.Research and analysis of the microstructure and properties of duplex stainless steel provide support for the production,manufacture and application of duplex stainless steel.In this paper,the mechanical properties,inclusions distribution and metallographic structure of the original cast specimens were observed and analyzed by means of BX51 metallographic microscope,600 MRD Rockwell hardness tester and CMT5205 universal testing machine.Then,the different solution temperature,different aging temperature treated nuclear double phase stainless steel sample was observed and analysis,to observe the micro organization,analysis of its mechanical properties at room temperature,and the microstructure and changes after different treatments after sample.At the same time,the corrosion resistance of the material was studied by chemical soaking method,and the depth of corrosion and the weight loss of the material under different soaking time were measured.The results show that the dual phase stainless steel solid solution treatment at 1050 ? to 1200 ? for nuclear power,with the increase of the solution temperature,microstructure of ferrite content increased gradually,precipitates gradually reduced,leading to hardness gradually increased,ductility decreased;aging treatment at 700 ? to 750 ?,with the increase of aging temperature the organization,the ferrite content increased gradually,precipitates gradually increased,resulting in increased hardness,plasticity and toughness decreased;aging treatment at 725 ?,with the increase of holding time,organization of the ferrite content decreased gradually,the precipitates gradually increased,resulting in gradual deterioration of mechanical properties;duplex stainless steel has good welding performance by experiment generally do not need preheating before welding,after welding,also do not need to take heat treatment,welding can achieve ideal effect.At the same time,we choose 10-15,16-19,21-30 three welding line energy in the range to carry out the test.The experimental results show that different line energy has great influence on the duplex stainless steel welded joint,and the impact toughness of the material decreases with the increase of line energy.Thus,in the double phase stainless steel welding process,must strictly control the line energy,so as to achieve the ideal operation effect;through the analysis of the test for double phase stainless steel solid solution temperature controlled at 1150 ? to 1200 ? within the scope of nuclear power,can obtain the best effect.
