To solve the problems existing in the traditional residential construction,most of developed countries have vigorously developed housing industrialization.In order to adapt to the changes in this field,it also has been highly valued in domestic research gradually.Prefabricated concrete structure is one of the most popular building structure in the industrialized housing construction,while the reliability of the connection between the prefabricated component directly affects the structural performance.C urrently,restraint grouting-anchoring overlap-joint of steel bar method which has the characteristics of safety and high efficiency is the most commonly used prefabricated component connection technology in our country.Based on that,a new type of rebar connection method named welding filling hole for lap-joint of bar which combined with the domestic construction characteristics is designed.By one-way loading test with 36 specimens,it shows that this connection technology has the advantages of superior performance and shorter lap length.It also was further studied with the finite element analysis.This paper introduced the test of anchorage rebar connection for prefabricated welding hole firstly,and the selection of the model or the unit,the determinat ion of the material props or constitutive relations,establishment and calculation of the mode and the selection of the bond-slip constitutive relation combined with ANSYS software in detail.Then the finite element model was established.Comparing with the experimental results,the concrete crack form,the curve of load-steel extension and the strain curve of load stirrup were analyzed to find that the simulation and the experiment fits well,which shows the feasibility of finite element analysis.Based on that,the other part which is out of the experiment by changing the strength grade of concrete,reinforcement ratio of stirrups and the diameter of steel bar was further analyzed to study the limit lap length of this connection method under different conditions which were discussed above,it made up for the insufficient of experiment.The formula of the ultimate lap length based on the above parameters was established to be referenced for engineering practice.According to the above analysis,it can be concluded that the connection of welding filling hole for lap-joint of bar has a shorter overlap length and the finite analytic method has distinct advantages compared with the traditional theoretical calculation method.
