| The detection of the area of the defrosted area of the windshield of a vehicle is a detection method for detecting whether the defrosting and fogging system of a car on the windshield is in conformity with the relevant regulations in China.There are many problems in the current detection methods such as excessive manual operations,large errors in the detection process,and long acquisition time.This article uses the knowledge of machine vision and its intelligent detection,and proposes a filtering algorithm to study and improve the detection method of the area of the defrosted area of the windshield of a car.Since the windshield of a car is a curved object,it needs to be flattened in a twodimensional image before it is subjected to image processing.In this paper,the coordinate transformation and the bilinear interpolation algorithm are used to obtain the defrosting image of the windshield of a car under the two-dimensional image.Aiming at the problem that there is no obvious contrast between the gray value of the boundary in the collected digital image and there is a problem of gray value jumping point,an adaptive square root algorithm is proposed.Using this algorithm and other filtering algorithms to filter the defrost image of the windshield of a car,and compare the peak signalto-noise ratio of the image.The result proves that this filtering method has better filtering effect on the windshield frost and fog images of cars than other filtering algorithms.For the current manual inspection process,the process of obtaining the outline image of the defrosting region is complicated and the process of obtaining the area of the defrosted area is complicated.The related technologies of machine vision and its intelligent detection are used to acquire the image by the camera and the computer is used.In the image,the contour of the defrosting region is intelligently acquired and calibrated,and the area of the defrosting region is calculated on its own.The current automobile windshield glass defrosting system has been improved.Through experiments on the collection,pretreatment,area segmentation and area calculation of the defrosting image of the windshield of a car,the results show that the detection method presented in this paper is characterized by automation,intelligence,and faster calculation speed,and can be applied to the current automobile windshield.Glass defrosting area detection method to improve and improve technology. |
