| This paper takes the steel shed structure buffer layer as the research object.Through experiments combined with numerical simulation methods,the dynamic response characteristics of the steel shed structure under different impact energy and the effect of the ratio on the performance of the EPS-fine sand composite buffer layer are obtained,It provides reliable theoretical basis for optimal design of cushion.The main findings are as follows:(1)Under the same conditions of buffer layer ratio and rock mass,the higher the impact height(energy)of rock,the more severe the vibration of the beam of the steel shed,the greater the peak acceleration,and the non-linear increasing trend.The maximum strain value increases accordingly,and the rock height(energy)is linearly related to the peak strain growth trend.(2)The use of EPS-fine sand composite buffer layer can effectively reduce the peak acceleration and peak strain of the I-beam when the steel shed structure is impacted by the falling rock compared to the traditional sand buffer layer,and can effectively reduce the structural weight due to the low density of the EPS material..Therefore,in the engineering design,replacing the traditional fine sand buffer layer with the EPS-fine sand buffer layer can effectively improve the impact resistance of the steel shed structure.(3)When using the same thickness of fine sand buffer layer,EPS-fine sand composite buffer layer,EPS buffer layer,the maximum impact force of the EPS buffer layer impacted by falling rock is the smallest,and the maximum impact force of EPS-fine sand composite buffer layer impacted by falling stone is Low,the use of fine sand buffer rock impact force is greatest.(4)When the EPS-fine sand composite buffer layer is used,the impact energy of the EPS material in the composite buffer layer is also improved,and the maximum impact force of the rockfall is reduced.However,with the increase of the proportion of EPS material in the composite buffer layer,the decrease in the maximum impact force of the rockfall is smaller.(5)When the EPS-fine sand composite buffer layer is used,as the ratio of the EPS material in the composite buffer layer is increased,the energy consumption rate of the EPS material is weakened,and the time for dropping the rockfall impact velocity to the minimum value becomes longer. |
