Under the condition of high temperature,due to the effect of oxygen in the air,the aging of rubber thermal oxygen is serious,the abrasion rate is increased significantly,and the abrasion rate is changed in a large range.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the wear mechanism of rubber materials under the influence of high temperature.The existing Akron rubber wear testing machine can only test the rubber samples at normal temperature by changing the parameters of wear angle and pressure.The other type of rubber wear testing machine can be used to test the wear performance of the rubber strip at high temperature,the performance test of other types of rubber abrasion tester is not only expensive,and it is by improving the environment temperature to achieve the goal of high temperature rubber abrasion experiment,this does not correspond to the abrasion of the rubber in the actual use of the internal heat.In order to establish a kind of high temperature can be implemented from the internal heating rubber abrasion test experiment platform,simulate the rubber tires in the process of actual use by the internal heat production and produce rubber abrasion situation,this article based on the reconstruction of akron rubber abrasion tester,change from abrasion wheel material and heating mode of design a round metal temperature control heating device,and realizes the temperature in the process of high temperature rubber abrasion experiment of automatic control.Finally,according to the inadequate part of the high-temperature rubber wear experiment platform,we designed an automatic sand distributor with alarm function for the clone rubber abrasion machine,the heat conduction oil temperature control heating device using hollow metal wear wheel and the special rubber abrasion wheel to prevent the test strip from falling out during the experiment are used.In order to verify the temperature distribution of metal wear wheel during high temperature rubber wear experiment using metal wear wheel,the temperature field of metal wear wheel was simulated and analyzed by AutodeskCFD.By using the metal wear wheel and the rubber wear wheel with the heating resistance wire,the experiment and repeatability experiment were carried out to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the rubber wear experiment using the metal wear wheel.The experimental results show that the experimental temperature can be increased from environment temperature ~80 to the range of environment temperature ~120 by using the metal grinding wheel for the experiment of high temperature rubber abrasion.Finally,by observing the abrasion surface of rubber material,the relationship between the morphology and temperature of the abrasion surface was analyzed.
