Electricity development is the foundation of economic development.In recent years,China's economy has been rapid development,the people's living standards are also increasing,followed by the rising demand for electricity,and the community for power supply reliability and voltage quality requirements are getting higher and higher.In areas where high load density continues to use 10 kV,power requirements will be difficult to meet.Will be upgraded to 20 kV medium voltage distribution network,which should cope with the load density growth,improve the urban and rural power supply capacity and improve the power supply has a good effect.Distribution network planning and construction is not only directly related to the future profitability and development of power companies,but also on the regional economic development and people's production and life have a significant impact,so the construction of the distribution network in the technical issues in-depth Research and analysis.This paper firstly analyzes the feasibility,necessity,economy and superiority of the power distribution network from 10 kV to 20 kV.Then,taking the Guangzhou area as the research object,this paper discusses the transition scheme of various power distribution equipment in 20 kV step-up process,and the common problems such as the interconnection of the distribution network under different voltage levels,Concrete boost operation of the implementation of the project to provide a basis for reference;Then,the selection of neutral grounding mode of 20 kV distribution network is studied,and the selection of grounding type under different grid structure and different operation modes is discussed.Finally,the reasonable value of the resistance value selection is given by PSCAD / EMTDC simulation analysis.In this paper,the research on the key technology of the 20 k V booster reconstruction provides theoretical basis for the engineering practice of the 20 kV booster,and provides guarantee for the safety and continuity of the operation of the medium-voltage distribution network.
