Air compressor driven directly by the motor,make the crankshaft to produce rotary motion,drive the connecting rod to make the piston reciprocating motion,causing cylinder volume change,it is widely used in various industrial sectors,such as mining,chemical,energy,etc.In addition,as the main source of power in the industrial manufacturing industry,the majority of enterprises use electricity as the largest power source.As the heart of air compressor,the energy consumption of the motor is very important.Its quality and efficiency will directly affect the efficiency ratio of air compressor.Therefore,how to reduce the energy wastage of air compressor can realize high efficiency and energy saving,which is a major problem that many enterprises need to solve at present.At present,the frequency conversion motor or broadband motor instead of conventional motor to drive the compressor remains the choice of many enterprises,and has obtained certain result,but this way of frequency conversion control is more complex,the efficiency is low.On the contrary,the permanent magnet synchronous servomotor has the advantages of good starting performance,high power density,low temperature rise,and high efficiency in light load,which is the development direction of future air compressor.Air compressor is terse introduced in this paper with the development of permanent magnet servo motor,permanent magnet synchronous servo motor of the different rotor magnetic circuit structure characteristics,analyzes the characteristics and operation principle of permanent magnet synchronous servo motor magnetic circuit in 37 kW power rating,rated torque 120 N.m,rated speed 3000 r/min air compressor with permanent magnet synchronous servo motor design research.First,in view of the prototype for the selection of relevant material and the calculation of basic parameters,and learn about air compressor in the actual operation condition of permanent magnet synchronous servo motor,using Ansoft software debugging the 48 groove 8 extremely,36 slot 6 and 24 slot 4 extremely three different slot with permanent magnet synchronous servo motor electromagnetic design,at the same time,from the aspects such as performance,efficiency and cost comparison analysis after the prototype scheme is determined.Second,based on Ansoft finite element analysis software for the performance of the prototype,mainly including the transient field,the analysis of the static magnetic field,eddy current field of rotor magnetic circuit structure is optimized,compared before and after the optimization of the performance of the motor,so as to determine the air compressor rotor magnetic circuit structure with permanent magnet synchronous servo motor parameters,and calculate the various losses under the rated load and efficiency,in the process of permanent magnet synchronous servo motor work characteristics,design thinking,design steps are analyzed and summarized.Finally,the output electromagnetic design scheme,and translated into engineering drawing,the prototype trial-manufacture,after contrast type testing results to modify design correlation coefficient,and determine whether meet the design requirements,in the process also summarizes some deficiencies in design,related design experience.
