China is a country with high incidence of earthquakes,the earthquake and its secondary disasters caused by personal injury,property damage,building seismic research work is urgent and important.Building isolation technology as a new type of seismic design method,by setting the isolation device to dissipate the seismic energy,reducing the structure under the action of the horizontal displacement in the acceleration and interlayer displacement,making the structure in the earthquake occurred almost flat,thereby effectively improving the building seismic performance and reducing the earthquake disasters.Although the isolation technology has been applied in some projects in our country,the economic evaluation of building isolation technology is seriously lagging behind,and its application and promotion in engineering are still limited,Therefore,it is of great significance to scientifically evaluate the economy of isolated buildings,to promote the level of building disaster prevention and mitigation,and to study and promote the application,promotion and management of isolation technology.The main research work of this paper are:Firstly,the theory of structural vibration control is expounded.Based on the principle of isolation technology and the classification of isolated structure,study on the basic theory of isolation technology,and analyzes sustainable development,economic externalities,the whole life cycle theory.Through the study of relevant theories,lay the theoretical foundation for the later economic evaluation.Secondly,the evaluation index system is improved and perfected on the basis of the existing literature.From the aspects of economic efficiency,social benefit,environmental benefit and technical benefit to establish the index system,and analyzes each index.Then,baseing on the characteristics of building isolation,the economic evaluation model of isolated buildings is constructed by combining weighting method and gray relation evaluation method.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective weight,and consistency test,using the entropy method to determine the objective weight,we can determine the weight of the combination,and then use the gray correlation analysis method for economic comprehensive evaluation.Finally,through the building isolation project to establish the evaluation model for scientific verification.Select isolated and seismic construction projects,their economic comparative evaluation.Through the analysis,it can be seen that the evaluation results are in line with the actual situation,which verifies the scientific nature of the evaluation model and the correctness of the evaluation method of the isolated building economy.It can provide reference for the project decision-making and promote the promotion of the isolation technology.
