Electrochemical jiaozuo-liuzhou line traction substation adopts fixed capacitor compensation,jiaozuo-liuzhou online have Wangshugang,Huji,Jingmennan,Yanwumiao,ZhiJiang,Song zi 6 traction substation,the power factor,generally between 66% and 79%,the average power factor of 78%,due to the substation adopts a fixed capacitor compensation,when the capacitor set is put into operation,in the absence of train by sending down to the electric power system reactive power;No input capacitors,the power factor is low,so is no matter whether the input capacitor compensation device,are short of electricity price policy provisions of the state of the "big industrial users power factor is more than 90%",a year of jiaozuo-liuzhou line traction substation will pay the electricity charge fines of up to 8 million yuan.Therefore,in this paper,reactive power compensation is carried out to improve the power factor.In this paper,the damage to power system is briefly introduced in this paper,and the function and development of reactive power compensation are discussed.The influence factors of power factor in linear and nonlinear circuits are analyzed,and the principle of electrified railway system,the type of electric locomotive and the principle of reactive compensation are introduced.Based on the current situation of reactive power compensation in the coking line,the author chose to study the transformer substation of Wangshugang.This paper constructs a simulation model based on TSC in Matlb/Simulink software environment.The simulation results show that the reactive power compensation device can effectively compensate the reactive power of the railway traction power supply system.Then for the reactive power compensation device after the installation scheme and equipment installation of related problems are analyzed,and through the calculation and analysis,improve substation power factor,and up to the national requirements of large industrial users.Finally,based on the success of Wangshugang substation reactive power compensation device,willow line focus the rest of the substation,and other similar conditions of traction substation power factor has the practical significance.
