In order to improve the car's ability of initial acceleration,the capacity of passing though,the nature of driving stability,we let the four wheels in the motor be the driven wheels,so it can be use of maximizing the force provided from the surface of the ground.Cars with this technology can transfer the torque to the other driven axle,when the force from the corresponding front/rear tires is lost or decrease,and the driving force to adapt to distribution is done automatically,no need for additional drivers work.In addition,such systems can be set to the state of locking manually,so you can always distribute the power between the front and rear axles with a better proportion,so that we can upgrade the car's off-road performance.Therefore,how to distribute the power between the front and rear axles among the modern off-road vehicles,is becoming a hot topic.In this paper,the following important elements were completed: identify the assembly program of the intermediate intelligent torque management system in the vehicle;determined the characteristics of the distribution device through the experiment;established the dynamics models in the CarSim environment as follows: the engine model,the clutch model,,the model of intermediate intelligent torque management system,the model of the brake system,the model of power-train,the vehicle model,the suspension model,the tire model,etc;got the four wheels' speed signals by the speed sensor,study on recognition technology to the road,based on minimum wheel speed law,and adjust their limits through the logic of real vehicle test,in order to access to the current state of vehicles and road conditions;study to determine the control strategy of the torque distribution around the axles;designed and developed the controller of the distribution device through controlling the current.Simulated and calculated with the software of CarSim and Matlab/Simulink;finally got the conclusion: the use of intermediate torque intelligent management system could effectively improve the performance of off-road vehicle.
