Research On Reliability Growth Test Of An Vehicle

Reliability growth testing is a complex and comprehensive research project.Due to the increasingly high requirement for the automotive reliability,improving product reliability is an important means to encourage car companies to respond to competitive markets.In terms of reliability growth testing,this paper,which is based on the needs of engineering development,proposed methods to improve the product reliability through the study of reliability growth testing.The research focused on the reliability growth test method,and the basic content of reliability growth test has reliability growth testing plan,test implement and process control,decision of the reliability growth test results.The research results are not only providing a new way for the automotive product reliability growth testing method,but also providing a good condition for enhancing the product reliability.Detailed study in this paper:(1)Based on “Plan – Do – Check – Act” cycle,constantly improve test methods and test model,modify reliability growth plan to ensure reliability growth carried out in accordance with the target.And through the testing process control “seven-step method”,finite element analysis tools to further promote the healthy growth of product reliability.(2)The reliability growth test planning and implementation are made via a scientific data model.Through comprehensive comparative study,finally NHPP(Non Homogeneous Poisson Process)model is adopted to estimate overall target mileage,taking reliability growth targets into account.Then DOE experimental-design-cube-model is used for matching test conditions and load,so that reliability growth uses the minimum number of test samples to achieve maximum test results.(3)Reliability growth forecast is introduced in implementation and process control of the test to ensure the reliability healthy growing as planned.During the test,reliability failure rate has been calculated in real-time,the difference has been made compare to the reliability targets at various stages in real-time based on Duane Modelto establish a mechanism to ensure product reliability growth as planned.Through two rounds of reliability growth fleet test,a large amount of test data has been accumulated,which verify the correctness of reliability growth testing methods and executable,the final results show that the study achieved the desired objectives and results.
