To meet the needs of the information age,improving setting speed and safety in the information system,meeting the fast response and the high safety setting system needs on the battlefield,radio frequency setting technology as a kind of advanced technology will come into being with.It not only has the quick response speed and the high data transmission efficiency,but also does not require any improvements of the weapon system.However,because the information transmission medium of radio frequency setting system is electromagnetic wave,it is vulnerable to be interfered by all kinds of noise and the electromagnetic wave from outside,leading to the receiving message which is wrong.So unique signal with high security is proposed to transfer data in radio frequency setting system.In this paper,we research on the design of radio frequency setting system based on unique signal.Firstly,on the basis of studying the characteristics of unique signal,the generation algorithm is designed which is suitable for radio frequency setting system,and according to the characteristics of wireless data transmission,clustering algorithm is proposed to classify unique signals,getting multiple unique signals which can be used in engineering at the same time.Then,study the working principle of radio frequency setting system,complete its overall scheme design,and design the various modules of the system.Secondly,to slove data transmission security problems in radio frequency setting system,we propose to apply the generated unique signal with high security to the system,design the unique signal application scheme based on cluster,and complete the program design.Finally,the fuze setting system and the receiver system are realized,and the setting experiment is performed.We test the setting time,the transmission distance and the anti-interference performance.The results show that the setting system satisfies the requirement.In this article,we design radio frequency setting system based on unique signal.It can achieve reliable communication and has the anti-interference ability.The research of this topic is significant for the developmet of radio frequency setting technology.
