Yunnan Province Highway Pavement Overhaul Engineering Recycled Materials Performance Research And Structure Design

Up to now,regeneration technique has been wildly adopted in several highway overhaul projects in Yunnan province,which actively promotes the development of transportation.However,in prior period of highway overhaul in Yunnan province,a few highways exposed early diseases due to inadequate technique and experience in regeneration technique and incomplete quality guarantee system,which affected the pavement performance.In order to sum up experience and learn from past lessons,this paper fully studies the practical appliance of structure design schemes of three typical highways in Yunnan province.After coring and mechanics and pavement performance testing for various targeted recycled pavement materials,it analyzes the differences between real performance and design & technique specification.Also,it assesses the adoption of all kinds of recycled materials and economic-analysis,putting forward recommended suggestions for structural design,construction quality,etc.This paper provides scientific guidance to future highway overhaul projects of Yunnan province.
