High Intensity Earthquake Area Expressway Geological Route Selection

The complex geological environment,geological factors of the expressway route selection is particularly important.Therefore,the research of the Geological route selection has a very important significance for the protection of the expressway protect survey and design,construction,operation and management smoothly,toreduce unnecessary cost of thegeological disaster control,to avoid some loss caused by the hidden geological hazards in the process of the construction and operation.In this paper,relying on the preliminary design of Duyun to Xianggelila Expressway(hereinafter refered to as du-xiang Expressway)Shouwang to hongshan segment,collecting and collating the relevant information,Investigating the topography.geological conditions,geological disasters and the route selection control factors in the field.We carried out an in-depth analysis and research about the route geological route selection scheme.The analysis project focused on the characteristics and difficulties.First of all,,We sta rted with the study of the regional topography and geological structure of the route selection,selected suitable route corridors;secondly,studiedthe major geological disasters within the corridors,such as Longtoushan high intensity earthquake zone ?Lehong broken block mountain landslide development section and Guanliucun canyon dangerous rock and rockfall section.Proposed feasible routes to technical and economic comparison,selected the appropriate route.Thirdly,Weselected the key sections to economic and technical comparison of a multi-program,such as the control engineering of the line Longtoushan high intensity earthquake zone?Niulanjiang coast landslide development,and so on,selected a rational route,Finally,according to the macroscopic geological route selection,unfavorable geological condition area of route selection and the major geological engineering geological route selection of the item study,we summed up the geologicalroute selection principle in different geological factors.
