| The aerodynamic design of uav is an important part of uav design,and it is an important factor that determines the quality of uav flight performance.In this paper,a special aerodynamic layout of the wing is studied in this paper.A special aerodynamic layout uav with internal cavity shunt structure is designed,and its aerodynamic efficiency is further studied.For the aerodynamic design requirements of the uav,this paper focuses on the design of a special structural airfoil that flows through the wings and flows out of the wings.The aerodynamic characteristics of the wings and the whole unmanned aircraft are studied through the production of physical model and wind tunnel blowing experiment.At the same time,the experimental model is simulated and analyzed.To get the aerodynamic characteristics of the inner cavity shunt type airfoil.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following contents:1.Establish the internal structure environment design of uav wings.The design of the airfoil with the research condition was selected,and the internal structure environment of the wing was completed and the theoretical analysis of the aerodynamic characteristics was made.2.Aerodynamic analysis and optimization design of uav wing.The aerodynamic parameters are obtained by making a physical model of the wings and conducting wind tunnel experiments.At the same time,the normal airfoil is carried out in the wind tunnel experiment,and then the two analyses are compared.After the comparison,the airfoil was optimized and improved,and the improved airfoil model was made to carry out wind tunnel experiment to obtain better aerodynamic characteristics.3.Uav 3d modeling and pneumatic simulation analysis.In order to verify the aerodynamic efficiency of the internal split type airfoil in this study,a three-dimensional model is built to perform the CFD aerodynamic simulation analysis.Using the Hypermesh grid division software,the model is divided into pneumatic grids,and then the simulation analysis software STAR CCM+ software is used to carry out the aerodynamic simulation calculation to obtain the aerodynamic characteristic parameters.4.Experimental research and analysis of wind tunnel of uav model.The overall aerodynamic design of the uav.In this part,the overall aerodynamicparameters of the aircraft are designed,including the selection of the aircraft fuselage,the design of the flat tail and the design of the vertical tail.Then combined with the study of the inner cavity shunt wing in the previous chapter of this paper,the wind tunnel experiment of the whole aircraft was carried out,and the aerodynamic parameters were obtained,and the analysis was completed.Through in this paper,the study found that inner cavity shunt type wing than the same airfoil of ordinary wing has better aerodynamic characteristics,the wing’s aerodynamic characteristics study provides a reference basis,has certain research value. |
