Modern inverter technology has become increasingly indispensable,and all industries and industries are converting energy through inverter technology to obtain AC power that can meet the requirements.Therefore,in the field of uninterruptible power supplies,distributed energy storage systems and DC sources are widely used in power supply AC systems.This paper takes a three-phase controllable inverter as the research object and mainly completes the following researches:(1)Based on the analysis of inverter topology and working principle,a mathematical model of three-phase inverter was established using Kirchhoff voltage and current theorem.Based on the coordinate transformation theory,the mathematical model was transformed.Get mathematical models in different coordinate systems.(2)The pulse width modulation technology of space vector(SVPWM)is studied,and the principle of SVPWM waveform generation is analyzed and synthesized.(3)Theoretical study of variable structure control of synovial membrane and design of controller.(4)The hardware circuit of the three-phase inverter was designed.The TMS320F2812 is used as the main control chip.The designed hardware circuits mainly include the design of the main circuit,the selection of the power switch tube,the drive circuit,the protection circuit,and the design of the voltage and current sampling circuit.(5)A three-phase inverter software program was designed.The system program is designed using DSP supporting software CCS3.3 programming environment.The designed software programs mainly include: main program,initialization program,interrupt service program program,sampling subroutine,and SVPWM wave generation subroutine.(6)Using the Simulink component library in MATLAB simulation software to build a three-phase inverter simulation model.The open-loop experiment and closed-loop experiment were carried out for the three-phase inverter simulation model.The feasibility of applying the sliding mode variable structure control to the inverter and the correctness of the design parameter selection index were verified.(7)An experimental platform for a three-phase inverter was set up.The open-loop and closed-loop experiments were performed on the modulated wave based on SVPWM,respectively,which verified the rationality of hardware and software design.A large number of experimental and simulation data show that the sliding mode variable structure inverter can reduce the harmonic ratio of the output voltage,thus verifying the feasibility of sliding mode variable structure control applied to the inverter.
