With the ever-decreasing fossil energy,the international energy pattern is increasingly complex today.All countries are stepping up development of new fossil alternative energy sources.According to our country's 13 th Five-Year Plan,we will continue to further promote energy reforms in light of our country's actual national conditions,with the goal of ensuring energy security and improving environmental quality,and building a clean,low-carbon,efficient,and safe modern energy system.As the most dynamic new energy source,wind energy is clean,pollution-free and continuously renewable.It has a broad prospect in the future energy market.However,in the natural environment,wind energy has low energy density and strong randomness.In the actual production,the wind turbine wind accuracy There are still many unsatisfactory points on the issue of low altitude,low efficiency and fatigue yaw.This paper mainly studies wind turbine yaw control system based on KHC control algorithm.Firstly,the composition of the wind turbine unit and the working principle of the wind turbine are introduced in detail.The functional principle of the yaw control system in the wind turbine and the components and working modes of the yaw control system are mainly explained.Secondly,based on the theory of wind energy,the wind energy is calculated,a VSCF wind turbine model is established,the wind speed and wind direction measurement methods are described,and the yaw control system is determined how to perform the optimal operation.The KHC control algorithm is integrated into the yaw control system.Make wind turbines capture maximum wind energy and improve yaw efficiency when the wind turbine is yaw.Then,according to the functional requirements and operating environment of the yaw control system of the wind turbine,the hardware circuit design and software program are separately designed to provide a powerful guarantee for the reliable operation of the yaw control system of the wind turbine.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the overall design,the entire system was simulated and verified by MATLAB simulation software.The simulation results show that the wind turbine yaw control system based on the KHC control algorithm can effectively improve the yaw efficiency and wind resistance of the wind turbine.Accuracy,while ensuring the capture of maximum wind energy,can reduce the inefficient fatigue yaw action and extend the working life of the wind turbine yaw control system.
