For the whole railway system,the ride comfort and safety of the vehicle are the most important.However,in the course of operation,the vehicle will be influenced by various external excitation on the vehicle and wheel-rail,especially the force between the wheels and rails,a slight change may result in severe effect,and future aggravates wheel tread wear,and deteriorates the running quality and safety of vehicles.With the train speed increasing in China,the wear of the wheel tread is also aggravated,so it is very important to predict the shape of the wheel tread in the design stage of the vehicle to improve the running quality and safety of the vehicle.In this paper,the simulation calculation of CRH380 B high-speed EMU is carried out.First,the structure of the bogie is introduced in detail,and the corresponding vehicle model is established by using SIMPACK multi body dynamics software.The factors that affect the wheel wear are simplified and the factors which have great influence are simulated as far as possible.According to a line.The line features including straight and curve tracks are considered,and the tract excitation is also added.In order to take account of the accuracy and the calculation speed,the simulation sampling frequency is set to 500 HZ,which makes possible to collect 19 points per wheel rolling circle and select the nearest points to the contact area to calculate the physical parameters of the wheel rail contact.Then the solution of wheel rail contact theory and the type of wear model are introduced.The simulated data is replaced by the wheel rail contact model.Using the Hertz contact theory and the FASTSIM algorithm based on the Kalker simplification theory,the parameters of the pressure distribution,the tangent stress distribution and the creep force in the contact area are obtained,and the Archard wear mode is combined.The wear of the wheel tread is calculated by the joint simulation.The wear depth of the maximum tread is 0.1mm is used as the updating condition.After the smoothing of the wear,it is removed from the wheel tread,and the 60 thousand km wear and the change of the wheel tread are calculated,and the construction of the wheel tread is given.The details of the vertical wear model.The wheel trend wear of the vehicle under the condition of 300km/h,350km/h,400km/h and 280~330km/h and 330~380km/h is calculated.At the same time,the issue is analyzed by comparing the change of the wheel equivalent conicity and the wear rate.Finally,the influence of wheel-rail friction coefficient and track stiffness and damping on wheel wear is simulated.The calculation results show that the wheel wear with speed varitation is less than constant speed,with the increase of the speed and mileage the equivalent conicity.The decrease of the friction coefficient can effectively reduce the wear of the wheel,and the overall stiffness and damping of the track have little influence on the wheel wear.At the same time,the influence of suspension parameters on wear is analyzed.
