In recent years,the continuous progress of flexible wearable devices has gone from conceptualization to practicality and indirectly accelerated the development of flexible supercapacitor energy storage system.Linear?fiber type?supercapacitor has the advantages of light mass,small volume,strong flexibility and braiding,which has become a hot spot of research.Among them,the nanofiber electrode is the most important,which not only affects the capacitance performance of the supercapacitor,but also affects its structure.The preparation of carbon nanofibers by electrospinning technology is simple,continuous and uniform,and has high production efficiency.It is widely used in the preparation of flexible supercapacitor electrode materials.However,because of the low energy density of carbon materials,the use of carbon materials is limited.the preparation of composite materials based on electrospinning and the deposition of conductive polymers were investigated to investigate the preparation of carbon fiber/metal oxide/conductive polymer?CNFs/MnO2/PANI?linear composite electrode materials and the application of supercapacitors.The paper uses electrospinning technology,Polyacrylonitrile?PAN?,two N,N-dimethylformamide?DMF?,four?MnCl2·4H2O?chloride water,ethanol?C2H6O?,acetic acid?CH3COOH?as the precursor solution,By changing the rotation speed of the roller collector?700 rpm1100 rpm?,the PAN/MnCl2 nanofiber film at different rotational speeds was prepared;After the infiltration of PAN/MnCl2 nanofiber membrane,CNFs/MnO2 composite carbon nanofiber bundles were obtained by twisting,preoxidation and carbonization;By potentiostatic deposition method in the fiber bundle surface deposition layer of polyaniline?PANI?,the final preparation for the CNFs/MnO2/PANI composite linear electrode materials,and with 1 mol/L H2SO4 electrolyte formed super capacitor.The polyaniline coated carbon-manganese dioxide nanocomposite fiber prepared by the above method was characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?and X-ray diffraction?XRD?;A three-electrode test system was used,the platinum wire and the saturated calomel electrode were the counter electrode and the reference electrode respectively,the 1 mol/L H2SO4 solution was used as the electrolyte.The cyclic voltammetry?CV?,galvanostatic charge-discharge?GCD?,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy?EIS?method for electrochemical performance testing,the maximum specific capacitance of CNFs/MnO2/PANI composite linear supercapacitors can reach 142.31 Fg-1,which has good cycling performance and has certain flexibility.
