| The radiation-resistant coating is a kind of special coating which has the performance that can withstand high radiation dose in nuclear power plant and the reactor except for the performance of conventional coating.meanwhile, the coating does not appear obvious deterioration after radiation. As the domestic nuclear power plant project launch, wihch will increase demand for special paint of nuclear power plant. However, coatings of domestic nuclear power plant mainly rely on imports,in order to meet the needs of localization for nuclear power coating,in this paper, two kinds of coatings are designed and their conventional properties are tested. An irradiation test was conducted for each sample.Fourier infrared analyzer(FTIR)is used to analyze the change of sample components before and after the 60Coγ-ray irradiation. The results show that, from the visual observation, the two paint coatings did not have obvious changes of foaming, cracking, pulverization and peeling, only the change of color deepened happened. It means The two kinds of film have excellent conventional performance and irradiation performance.According to the infrared spectra,Because the total irradiation dose is high and the dose rate is large, all groups or bonds have different degrees of destruction. The amide carbonyl group has the strongest irradiation ability, while other groups such as phenyl, hydroxyl group and ether bond are relatively weak. The generation of ketone carbonyl and hydroxyl was always present in the whole irradiation process, and the generation was more when the dose is less than 106 Gy. |
