High precision nondestructive testing technology is an important means for testing the quality of composite blades,and its development is of great significance to the construction of aviation industry system.In recent years,with the improvement of hardware level of scanning equipment,industrial production has put forward higher request for the application scope of ultrasonic scanning.Therefore,how to improve the detection efficiency and the reliability of results is a key problem in blade ultrasonic nondestructive testing.The purpose of this thesis is to develop a three dimensional display software system for ultrasonic testing in which the results of detection were improved by means of point cloud simplification and diverging color mapping.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the requirement of the project,the development of the 3D display software system is completed.Combined with C#.NET,SQL-Server,Matlab,the software realized user management,data management,CAD model management of point cloud data,hierarchical database management layered three layer architecture.By analysing the data structure of IGES and obj,the software system realised data-reading and display of the two file format respectively with C#.Point cloud data reconstruction algorithm and point cloud data simplification algorithm were programmed in Matlab,and then called the.NET component generated by Matlab to display the data reconstructed.(2)A novel mesh model simplification algorithm was proposed for realizing the simplification requirement of Qslim algorithm in dealing with the mesh model of ultrasonic point cloud data.Based on the characteristics of ultrasonic intensity information contained in the point cloud data,firstly,the measure of intensity information normalized was embedded into QEM,and then according to the simplified threshold,the proportion of intensity information measure and QEM having an effect on the cost of contraction target was assigned.Finally,the experimental results showed that the optimized algorithm can make the simplified results be self-adaptity to intensity information,realizing the application of Qslim algorithm in the field of ultrasonography.(3)In order to express defect information more intuitively,the thesis analyzed the renderer of Open GL,which explained the rationality of rendering the model with color mapping.Secondly,based on the perspective of chromaticity and anthropotectonics,the irregularity of rainbow color mapping scheme was explained,and diverging color mapping scheme was constructed in Msh color space.
