With the increased prominent problems of environmental and energy,wind power as a low-carbon and pollution-free clean energy is developing rapidly.However,because the cost of wind turbine foundation is low in the whole wind power industry and the attention to wind turbine foundation is low,the research on wind power generation focuses on improving the generating capacity of generating units and adapting to the extreme environment.In recent years,Wind turbine foundation accidents occur frequently.As the basic guarantee of wind turbine generator system,the research of stress performance of wind turbine foundation is urgent.In order to put forword the optimized measure for improve the desigh method of wind turbine foundation,this paper uses ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the force of wind turbine foundation.The research mainly includes the following contents:(1)Design Analysis of Wind Turbine Foundation and Accident DetectionCombined with the relevant specifications and standards of wind turbine foundation design,summaries the design principle,load calculation and design method of wind turbine foundation,this paper takes the example of representative wind farm project in northwest region to review the original engineering design and to detect and analyze the wind turbine foundation accident.It summaries the shortcomings of the wind turbine foundation design at the present stage and speculate the cause of the foundation accident according to the calculation and test results.(2)Analysis of Mechanical Mechanism of Wind Turbine FoundationThis paper applies ABAQUS finite element software to establish the solid model of wind turbine foundation with the same size as the actual project,and analyzes the acceptance mechanism of wind turbine foundation.Stress and deformation of wind turbine foundation under different wind speed and load are analyzed respectively.The foundation ring,concrete,Mises stress of steel bar,circumferential stress S11,the distribution of longitudinal stress S33 and radial stress S22 and the deformation of ea ch part are analyzed.The influence of the number of perforated steel bars with different number of foundation rings,the different embedded depth of foundation ring and the diameter of table column on the mechanical properties of foundation are simulated by the method of parameter analysis respectively.Through the analysis of the results of the foundation design optimization configuration,and according to the numerical analysis of the results of the foundation design process,this paper adds the detailed design requirements.(3)Optimization Treatment of Wind Turbine Foundation StructureThis paper introduces the function and working principle of shear-resistant connectors.Based on the results of the analysis of the mechanical properties of the foundation of the fan in the previous paper,it puts forward to optimize the structure of the foundation of the fan by adding bolt to the shear-resistant connectors on the foundation ring,and determine the arrangement of the bolt according to the specification.The finite element simulation analysis method is used to analyze the stress of the wind turbine foundation after structural optimization treatment,and the force mechanism and deformation law of the wind turbine foundation before and after the structural optimization treatment are compared,and the effectiveness of the structural optimization treatment measures is analyzed.The method of parameter analysis is used to simulate the mechanical performance of wind turbine foundation under different pin arrangement,and to determine the optimal pin layout.
