At present,the energy saving and environmental protection become the theme of the times and the traditional air conditioning cooling dehumidification has the problem of high energy consumption and bacteria breeding,and there are few researches on the application of liquid desiccant dehumidification technology in small domestic desiccant air conditioning systems.The essay focuses on the study of dehumidification process in small liquid desiccant air conditioning system.In this paper,the physical parameters of LiCl,Li Br and CaCl2 are summarized.According to the literature data,the specific heat capacity and specific enthalpy of Li Br solution are fitted,and the maximum relative error of the fitting formula for specific heat capacity is 1.55%,and the average relative error of the specific enthalpy fitting formula is 0.43%.MATLAB software is used to visualize the corresponding calculation and drawing interface.According to the characteristics of small volume and small flow,the heat and mass transfer model is constructed according to the reasonable infinitesimal control method.The model is validated by literature data,and the relative error of each export parameter is less than 4%.Using Le-Km method,the calculation process of NTUm and Le are given,and the calculating correlation formula is obtained.The correlation formula is validated by using the experimental data,in which the relative error of the temperature at the outlet of the air and the solution is below 3%,and the moisture content of the air outlet is less than 6%.The factors influencing the dehumidification process are analyzed by using the model.The simulation results show that the increase of inlet air humidity,wind speed,solution concentration,solution flow rate will increase the dehumidify capability,and improve air inlet temperature,inlet solution temperature will reduce the dehumidify capability.The distribution of the air and solution parameters in the packing are given by using the simulation model,and the dehumidification process is also analyzed.The work of this paper provides a reference for the miniaturization of the solution dehumidification system,which lays the foundation for the improvement and optimization of the solution dehumidification system.
