At present,spot-welding visual positioning systems in the electroacoustic industry,such as,such as Mingseal,JunjieCheng,Leetro and other companies are currently use monocular industrial cameras to obtain 2D images using a single-color light source system.Algorithms use regional and grayscale single points.Than extract image grayscale features.However,due to the difference between the camera and the light source selection,there is a problem that the product has a high misjudgment rate,a low pass rate,and a poor product adaptability.In addition,due to the problem of low implementation efficiency of the feature algorithm and the control algorithm of the motor speed control curve,the positioning response time is too long and the execution efficiency is low.Based on the analysis of the electro-acoustic industry's visual positioning system,this paper designs and implements a spot welding visual positioning system.The development background of the system and the domestic research trends are introduced.The system development framework,development ideas and specific development plans are proposed.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.According to the principle and system structure of machine vision,the selection method of camera,lens,light source and computer configuration is discussed in detail.According to the demand analysis of spot welding system based on machine vision technology,combined with the size,background color,detection speed and accuracy of the subject's research object,a vision scheme suitable for the needs of the project was proposed.2.According to the flow of image processing,it is introduced.3.Designed and implemented software for spot welding visual positioning system in electroacoustic industry.Introduced the software development ideas,specific design programs and detailed operating instructions.
