Both originating and passing flights at airport need to accept various ground services.These services need to be completed by the corresponding guaranteed vehicles.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the issue of conventional airport special vehicle scheduling.In addition to the regular ground support services for flights,some flights need deicing services.This paper has conducted a detailed study on the de-icing of the de-icing at the gate and the centralized deicing.following of the specific work:In view of the conventional special vehicle scheduling problem at the airport,this paper with aircraft potable water vehicle,hydrant dispenser,aircraft catering vehicle,passenger ferry bus and aircraft tow tractoras the object of the research,under the premise of time constraints,timing constraints,model matching and other constraints,the airport special vehicles integrated scheduling model is established with the aim of minimizing the total number of vehicles and minimizing the starting service time difference.And using the NSGA-II to solve the model.To the actual flight data of Harbin Taiping International Airport as the data source for simulation experiments,In order to make a better comparison with the airport's special vehicle optimization scheduling strategy,a simulation experiment was conducted again under the first-come-first-servicing strategy.The experimental results show that the proposed model can solve the problem of airport special vehicles scheduling.In view of the scheduling problem of airport deicing vehicles,take deicing at the gate and the centralized deicing as the research basis,in consideration of time constraints,consecutive de-icing times,de-icing position use,and other limiting factors,the aircraft de-icing scheduling model and centralized de-icing scheduling model were established with the aim of minimizing the total cost.And using the improved genetic algorithm to solve the model.To the actual flight data of Harbin Taiping International Airport as the data source for simulation experiments,The experimental results show that the centralized deicing scheduling method is more efficient than the de-icing at the gate.
