| Aero-engine pipeline systems play a very important role in aero-engines and act as fluids and energy for aero-engines like human blood vessels.Aero-engine pipeline systems are roughly divided into three parts,namely air cooling pipelines,oil pipelines,fuel pipelines,which are mainly lubricating oil pipelines and fuel pipelines.Pipeline failure caused a high proportion of pipeline failures,so the pipeline vibration problem has been the focus of research and it also has a certain significance for the aero-engine pipeline vibration control.Analyze some pipelines layout of four types aero-engine pipeline systems,and summarizes the characteristics of some aero-engine pipeline layout.Research respectively the pipe diameter,the fluid medium,the fluid pressure,the pipe shape,the fluid temperature,the angle between the main pipe and the branch pipe,and the number of clamps on the impact of pipe vibration characteristics.And discuss the vibration characteristics of the double-tube.In order to verify the accuracy of the finite element model,a straight pipe vibration experiment is performed using the acceleration sensor and the strain gauge as vibration sensors.The vibration datas obtained by experiment are compared with the datas obtained by the finite element software concluding the error can be accepted.Using two different ways to carry out pipeline experiments also lays the foundation for further pipeline test research.The research and analysis found that the influence of fluid medium on the vibration of the pipeline will increase with the increase of the density of the medium.With the same thickness,the natural frequency of the pipeline will increase with the increase of the diameter of the pipeline,and the increase magnitude will also increase.The fluid-solid coupling frequency has an effect at low orders and low temperatures,but the effect is small at higher orders and higher temperatures;the angle between the branch pipe and the main pipe of the three-way pipe has an effect on the high-order frequency of the pipe and has little effect on the low-order frequency.The number of the clamps and whether they are fixed have a great influence on the vibration of the pipeline.Therefore,studying the vibration of aero-engine pipelines has great effects on the vibration control of pipelines and avoids resonance of the pipeline structure.At the same time,it will serve as a reference for the layout of aero-engine pipeline system and the choice of pipeline structure. |
