The aircraft ground deicing heating system has become one of the important equipment to ensure civil aircraft flight safety in winter.As the main heating element,the heating tube directly affects the working efficiency of the entire system.Therefore,in order to increase the heating efficiency of deicing fluid,a new type of special-shaped tube(Double spiral trapezoidal grooved tube)is designed by expanding the surface to enhance the turbulence.NCGA and NSGA-II algorithm are introduced to optimize the structural parameters of the new tube.The flow and heat transfer characteristics in the tube are analyzed to improve the heating efficiency.Based on the original structure,the new type of heating tube was added with spiral trapezoidal groove.The geometric parameters of the upper base width(m),groove depth(h),and base angle(?)of the special-shaped tube are selected as design variables.The higher Nusselt number(Nu),the smaller flow resistance coefficient(f)and the comprehensive evaluation index(PEC)are the targets to seek the optimal solution set of structural parameters.The optimal super-Latin cube method was applied to obtain 20 sets of test points for parameters.Test points were modeled,meshed and simulated separately.The calculation results were fitted to obtain a polynomial response surface approximation model.The three-dimensional response surface and sensitivity of the approximate model were studied respectively,and the effects of structural parameter changes on Nu,f,and PEC were analyzed.NCGA and NSGA-II optimization algorithms were used to optimize the response surface approximation model.The pareto frontiers calculated by the two algorithms were compared to obtain the optimized solution range of structural parameters.When Reynolds number(Re)is between 3000 and 20000,the flow in tube is in a turbulent state.The law of flow and heat transfer characteristics of Nu,f and PEC were analyzed when Re changes.The optimized shaped tube achieves heat transfer enhancement and increase the heating efficiency of the deicing fluid.Therefore,this study has a certain theoretical significance for improving the performance of the aircraft ground deicing heating system.
