The reinforcement technology of Inclined chemical churning pile has been applied to many railways and acquired very good effects.However,the designment is luck of theory and methods.Combining with the character of the seasonally irrigation areas,this paper studied the mechanism and application of Inclined chemical churning pile for foundation reinforcement.Firstly,analyzing cause of railway subgrade damages by data arrangement about Bao Zhong Railway,then comparing the effects of dynamic load and static load.finaly,the design scheme for subgrade treatment and reinforcement is presented in this paper.This paper draw these the following conclusions by undertaking analysis of the data:(1)the existing embankment is uneven settlement by the line on both sides of the yellow irrigation water infiltration to soften foundation and produce;(2)in the composite foundation design parameters,the vertical Angle,pile length,pile spacing,pile diameter changes will impact on subgrade base displacement.Growth increases the vertical Angle,pile length,pile diameter,pile spacing decreases are that the inhibitory effect of jet grouting pile for settlement.In addition,using the wrong pile layout under the same volume replacement rate than symmetrical arrangement is more advantageous to restrain settlement.(3)the dynamic displacement of the subgrade base are greatly influenced by the vertical Angle and the pile spacing,pile diameter and pile length change.(4)using interleaved,two-bank pile layout scheme,which the lateral pile from an angle of 30° with horizontal line and the medial pile from an angle of 10° with horizontal line,for existing lines in construction of foundation reinforcement,and obtain good reinforcement effect.
