| Nowadays,energy causes great concern in international society,and sustainable development,environmental protection,low-carbon and energy-saving emission reduction are completely part of people’s daily life.The development and utilization of new energy sources have become an important way to ease the energy crisis.As one of the most environmental friendly green energy sources today,fuel cell has become the focus of research all around the world.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the state included the technology of fuel cell electric vehicle and the industrialization of reserve battery electric vehicles into its science and technology plan.This plan will implement the priority development strategy of public transportation and push forward the construction of urban rail transit such as subway,light rail and tram.In the future,fuel cell hybrid technology will make great strides.This paper mainly studies the modeling and energy management methods of fuel cell hybrid system for locomotives.The main work is as follows:In order to study the fuel cell hybrid system for locomotives,the topological structure of fuel cell hybrid system for locomotive is designed.According to the power and energy requirements of hybrid fuel cell locomotive under different traction conditions and the characteristics of battery power density,respond and charge-discharge,ensure that the fuel cell hybrid locomotive can operate at maximum speed,maximum acceleration and maximum climbing,the system configuration parameters are determined.According to the fuel cell hybrid system topology,the proton exchange membrane fuel cell module,the lithium battery module,the DC converter module,the traction inverter module and the traction motor control module are established based on Matlab/Simulink simulation platform.Compared with the simplified controlled source load,the speed of locomotive running,output speed of traction motor load and output torque are more obvious.On the basis of the model,according to the power following energy management method and the equivalent hydrogen consumption minimization energy management method of fuel cell hybrid system,the energy management method for locomotive fuel cell hybrid system considering traction motor control is studied.Under the premise of meeting the requirement of dynamic performance of locomotive system,fuel cell can provide the average power of locomotive during normal operation,the energy storage system can provide the peak power of locomotive operation and recover the energy during braking,which can achieve higher system efficiency.Then,the correctness of the proposed energy management method is verified by simulation. |
