Traction power supply system,as the only power source for electric locomotives,its safety and reliability are crucial.The traction power supply equipment converts the power which is supplied by the power system into electrical energy that adapts to the power traction and its way of power supply,the safe and stable operation is the basis for ensuring the safety and reliability of the traction power supply system.High-speed railway traction power supply equipment installed on-line monitoring device,which can obtain a large number of equipment operating data in real time,and it is worth in depth studying on how to carry out centralized management and efficient use of various types of equipment operating parameters.Firstly,this paper,according to the function positioning of the fault prediction and health management(PHM)platform of high-speed railway traction power supply and transformation equipment,combined with the existing monitoring equipment conditions of a traction substation,studied on the implementation of the PHM function and designed the overall architecture of the system;Based on this,this paper designed the hardware architecture of the system,discussed the network structure and hardware configuration of the system,designed the software architecture of the system,studied the logical correlation between the various levels of the PHM platform software,and the internal composition unit of each hierarchy is defined;For the important part of the system software architecture,PHM system database,setted up a database hierarchy model;discussed the PHM platform software interface layout and function of the logical execution sequence,designed the software interface layer design.Then,this article selects the acquisition parameters of some traction power supply equipment from the perspective of platform data support;design the role of the station monitoring unit in the data uploading process,describes the role of data communication module in the data upload process,and realizes the data communication between the PHM platform and the station communication unit under the IEC60870-5-104 communication protocol;According to the different data collection methods,different storage methods are designed such as online monitoring data,offline information data,assessing results by PHM,and bulletin board information.Finally,the PHM platform is designed to integrate various types of PHM functions,and the compilation method of the PHM algorithm program is studied.According to the importance of different traction power supply equipment and the structural characteristics of the equipment itself,the application objects of different PHM algorithms are determined,the analysis of the operating characteristics of the equipment was conducted to study the fault diagnosis algorithm of the circuit breaker.Through the literature research,the equipment health assessment algorithm was researched and examples were analyzed.In combination with the literature research,the reliability,risk assessment,and fault diagnosis and forecast,maintenance decision of the algorithm of other members in the research group were improved,makes it satisfy the data input and output requirements of the system.The improved algorithm is integrated into the system PHM algorithm library.
