With the increasing demand of electric power,the scale of power system is larger and larger,and the coverage area is also increasing.It is more important for the national economy to operate the power system in a safe,stable and reliable manner.With the increasing automation of smart grid dispatching and the continuous development of computer technology,power dispatching control centering on Energy Management System(EMS)is constantly threatened by network security and attracts more and more attention.Through an in-depth study on the electric power EMS network security,this paper puts forward the electric EMS network security protection research strategy.The main work includes:In view of the demand of power EMS network security,a set of network security solution for power EMS in China is designed and the strategy of power EMS network security protection is established in this paper based on the possible attack of the system,including the establishment of relatively secure power EMS network structure,the design of network security protection strategy for plant station and the strategy of regulatory layer security protection for power EMS.Each protection module is implemented in this paper.The whitelist access control protection module based on MAC address and IP address binding is used to protect the network of plant station.The IEC60870-5-104 protocol deep packet filter module and the DNP3.0 protocol deep packet filter module are designed to protect the power EMS regulatory layer network and the multi-protocol abnormal traffic data detection module based on SVM is used to monitor the communication traffic of IEC60870-5-104 protocol and DNP3.0 protocol in real time.If abnormal traffic is detected,the alarm is generated,thereby protecting the communication security of the power EMS.After testing the various protection modules,each module can effectively protect the power EMS system from network attacks,thus ensuring network security of power dispatch control and the safe and stable operation of the power system.
