Pumped storage power station plays an important role in ensuring the safety and stability of power system and high quality economic operation,therefore,the power grid on the pump storage control performance and reliability control has a higher demand.Due to the strong non-linearity of the pump turbine and the time-varying operation of the pumped storage unit,the traditional control strategy and the control law are difficult to fundamentally solve the pump water storage unit control object strong nonlinear and linear control law between the adaptation problem,as well as frequent transition control strategy adaptive problem.Based on the study of improving the traditional PID control,this paper introduces the fuzzy control and the model predictive control,and designs the nonlinear predictive controller of the pumped storage unit based on the PID structure to optimize the control of the pumped storage unit.The main research contents and achievements include: 1,A Simulation Model for Improving and Constructing Regulating System of Pumped Storage Unit.The characteristic curve method and the improved Suter transformation method are used to fine-process the whole characteristic curve of the water diversion system and the pump water turbine.On this basis,the mathematical model of the dynamic response law of the pumped storage system under different working conditions is established.The simulation calculation process.2,The study selects the effective parameter identification algorithm and strategy and carries on the simulation example analysis.According to the structure and characteristics of the system of the adjustable pumped storage unit,the identification algorithm and strategy based on intelligent optimization are selected and the model parameters parameter identification experiment is carried out by using the measured data.The feasibility and goodness of the model and identification algorithm are verified Precision performance.3,Research and Design of Nonlinear Predictive Controller for Pumped Storage Unit Based on New Control Theory.Fuzzy PID control and model predictive control are introduced.The nonlinear PID controller with adaptive mechanism is designed based on intelligent algorithm and model predictive control.The simulation experiment and comparison experiment are carried out on the simulation platform of MATLAB in Hongping Pumped Storage Power Station,and the validity and superiority of the simulation model and control optimization method of the pumped storage unit are verified.
