The fluorescence spectrometer,which is the instrument for material qualitative and quantitative analysis,with the characteristics of high sensitivity,good selectivity and non destructive,plays an important role in biology,chemistry,agriculture and other areas.Compared with that in foreign countries,the function of the spectrometer made in domestic is weak in the network,miniaturization,etc.The embedded technology makes the electronic products develop forward to low-power,high-performance and miniaturization.The combination of embedded technology and network technology can realize the remote control and distributed management of equipment.Relying on the advanced technology of electronic hardware and software,the design scheme of fluorescence spectrum measurement and control system based on embedded ARM-Linux and controlled over network is proposed.Based on the analysis of the fluorescence spectrum measurement principle,the design requirement of the measurement and control system is given,and the hardware and software development framework of the measurement and control system are proposed.Samsung production ARM11 chip S3C6410 is used as a controller of the system,and Linux as the software platform of the system.The circuit design of core module,motor control module,data acquisition module,network transmission module and the power module is given.The host software development environment and the target software running environment are set up for the measurement and control system.The underlying driver of motor control module and data acquisition module is added under Linux operating environment.Using C/S model,the network transmission program based on the TCP protocol is developed.The application software of measurement and control system is designed to realize the coordination and scheduling of each task.According to the design requirement of spectrum measurement and control system,the experiments of each module function and system function are completed.The experimental results show that the designed spectrum measurement and control system can use a single processor under the Linux management to complete the spectrum measurement task according to the network command.This measurement and control system,which can realize the remote control of the spectrometer and be used as a typical application of the Internet of things,lays the foundation for the further development of the portable and miniaturized spectrometer and has important theoretical significance and practical value.
