The energy and system stability of vehicular network has always been a hot topic for researchers. In this paper, taking the Rayleigh fading channel conditions in decoding and forward cooperative communication as the background,we consider the influence of vehicle selfishness on cooperative vehicle networks, and using energy harvesting technologies to solve the problem that the relaying vehicle not transferring information causes its selfishness, finally the meaningful results and numerical simulations were carried out using MATLAB tools. The main research results of this paper are as follows:First of all,we parameterized the selfish behavior of vehicular relays by adding the probabilities which the vehicular relays do not receive, decode or forward the source information, and modeling a dual-hop vehicle network with selfish relays.Secondly, the relay selection strategies based on relay selfishness are proposed, and then the analytic expressions of outage probability in different protocols are analyzed and deduced. Finally,we conclude the following numerical results: After increasing the selfishness parameters, the system outage probability increases slightly under the three protocols, but it is closer to the actual situation.S-OREE protocol is the optimal relay selection scheme unlimited the value of signal to noise ratio, probability of no reception,no forwarding probability and vehicle relays, the outage probability is inversely proportional to no reception in S-ORVAP protocol, the outage probability is unaffected by the value of vehicle relays in S-ORAPV protocol. In this paper, the energy harvesting technology is introduced into the vehicle network model by adding the relay with the energy harvesting function.First,we analyzed the two commonly used energy harvesting schemes: the power splitting technology and the time switching technology. Then we analyzed and calculated the two important performance: the system's outage probability and throughput, based on the instantaneous signal to noise ratio. Finally,in the numerical analysis,we got the optimal power allocation ratio, time allocation ratio, the distance between vehicles under different conditions, energy harvesting efficiency and target signal to noise ratio, and so on.In this paper, two energy harvesting schemes are compared under certain conditions. In the cooperative vehicle network with energy harvesting, the system performance that the vehicle relay uses time switching technology to collect energy is better.
