Under the pattern of "West-to-East,North-to-South electricity transmission" in our country,power grid construction of rapid development,due to the region characteristic and the constraint of transmission line corridor,transmission line is inevitable through mining area.High-voltage line tower in transmission line is a structure in direct contact with ground,surface movement and deformation caused by high-intensity mining of mineral resources will have an impact on its safe operation,high-voltage line tower for deformation monitoring is very important.TLS is a new spatial data acquisition technology,able to quickly and contactless obtain high-precision and high-density 3D information of ground objects,not only for single point deformation analysis,but also for linear and integral deformation analysis.The conventional single point measurement method has a certain limit in the monitoring range,operating efficiency,TLS technology breaks through the limitations of single point measurement.Therefore,this paper studies the high-voltage line tower deformation monitoring in subsidence areas based on TLS.This paper concludes the current research on high-voltage line tower deformation monitoring method,on the basis of the existing point cloud data processing algorithm,the paper focuses on the high-voltage line tower deformation monitoring method based on point cloud data,the main contents are as follows:(1)Collected four base points coordinates of high-voltage line tower,horizontal displacement analysis,elevation change analysis,inclination analysis were performed,get a conclusion that subsidence tendency of tower-corner is same,slope value of foundation decreases gradually.(2)The method of getting inclination of high-voltage line tower based on point cloud data is studied,proposed a complete data processing process,using the method of hierarchical processing,by the boundary extraction,line segmentation and line fitting process point cloud data,the inclination results of the high-voltage line tower can be reflected from top to bottom in its overall inclination condition.(3)Aiming at the problem of single point deformation analysis of high-voltage line tower under no mark point case,according to the structural characteristics of high-voltage line tower,select the main oblique point cloud of the symmetrical distribution at different heights,feature point coordinates are obtained by the process of plane segmentation,point cloud projection,boundary extraction,line segmentation and line fitting.The feature point of same part as homonymy point,compare coordinates of the homonymy point of multiple periods,analyses the deformation of high-voltage line tower.(4)Based on boundary corner point data of point cloud slices,calculate the linear parameters of same side adjacent corner point,set up a certain range buffer area according to the tower-leg width,realize extracting the tower-leg of high-voltage line tower;using improved RANSAC algorithm for angle steel plane segmentation,calculate straight line equation of tower-leg ridge according to parameters of intersection plane;calculate the offset angle between ridge line of the same period different segments and the different period the same segment,analyses the case on tower-leg offset of high-voltage line tower.
