In today's booming society,with the improvement of people's living standard,ship operating and shipbuilding industry is booming at the same time,it is getting ship designer's attention.On one hand,it is now for high speed and reliable of the ship's security requirement is higher and higher,on the other hand,people's requirements on personal health and comfort of the ship also constantly improve,so in recent years,the problem of noise control of the cabin is getting the wide attention from many ship design personnel and it is becoming the important issues for them to solve.Based on the delay of the noise pollution control of the ship cabin,this article is analyzes and studies the corresponding noise reduction measures of ship cabin[1].This article is to introduce the general research situation at home and abroad about the ship cabin noise analysis and control measures.Respectively,pointing out the effective measures and approaches to the study of the ship noise control by some scholars at home and abroad,introduces the related knowledge of statistical energy analysis method.This article has chosen a4000-ton ship offshore bulk ships,as the research object,based on the simplified model and simplified formula calculation method,based on the analysis of the VAOne software,statistical energy method is used respectively to the noise of the cabin?air radiation and structural vibration?in the form of different incentive load forecast and analysis on the simplified model of ship,to get the ship cabin noise distribution,determine the level of the ship cabin noise,find it does not conform to the standard target ship cabin,to distinguish the main standard of ship cabin is mainly composed of what forms of input excitation energy in the form of input to the ship's cabin,obtain its ship cabin main noise source.And adopts the corresponding sound absorption,sound insulation,vibration isolation technology or damping noise control techniques such as effective measures to reduce the traffic noise,and on the prototype validate the size of the contrast before and after noise reduction.At last,choosing the most effective damping noise reduction measures for the cabin,and the damping loss factor is to measure the damping noise reduction characteristic of system and to determine the important parameters of the vibration energy dissipation ability.In today's damping noise reduction,the results of many traditional theoretical analysis and calculation of noise reduction produce error,and even affect the correct analysis of the results,the main reason is there are deviation in the loss factor's experience estimation precision.So for the analysis of damping vibration noise,mainly considering the influence of temperature and frequency on damping noise reduction technology,using the traditional method?fixed loss factor?choose viscoelastic damping materials as damping noise reduction measures to the problems in the cabin,laying will inevitably lead to the working environment temperature and load frequency vibration damping noise reduction performance of viscoelastic damping materials.Due to the damping loss factor is not fixed.it is concerned with the environment temperature,and it has the linear relationship with the excitation frequency.In this paper,when working on damping noise reduction,the most important thing we should consider is the relationship between the damping loss factor and temperature,frequency,In this paper has a fixed loss factor and temperature variable and frequency variable damping material to be added to the target to accommodation deck noise reduction processing,noise reduction results and compared two methods of cabin noise reduction effect,the problem of found its fixed value damping factor and the damping factors under the influence of temperature variable and frequency variable has certain difference,the average target cabin noise sound pressure level only reduces about 2 dBA.Therefore,the damping factors under the influence of temperature variable and frequency variable can not be ignored.
