With the development of modern manufacturing system,lightweight and high strength thin-wall part,which could increase the thrust loading of aircraft engine,and could improve the performance of aircrafts,are widely used in the new-type aircraft and relative products for reducing weigh.However,with lower relative stiffness and more difficultly processing manufacturability,the thin-wall part,which is impacted with cutting force,clamping force and residual stress,usually deforms and it is difficult to be controlled during processing.The machining efficiency and quality are also highly restricted.It's needed to find the control method for the deformation of in-walled components processing.A thin-wall web part,which is widely used in aircraft engine production process,is studied.In recent researches about the deformation of thin-wall part during milling,the processing,the process equipment and heat treatment technology are found,and the mechanism during the thin-wall web part milling is also analyzed.The control method for the deformation of the thin-wall web part processing is built with experiment and numerical analysis.Firstly,poor rigidity,the performance of cutting force and clamping force,and released residual stress during processing lead to the deformation of thin-wall part processing from recent studies about cutting deformation mechanism and the performance during the process of the thin-wall web part.In the second place,the data of deformation during different processing method are collected to analyze.By the analysis,the process method is built.The part shape is milled from rough staff.After that,an annealing operation which is order to stress relief is added in the process.Then,the shape is completed with wire walking processing.In the milling process,the distribution of stress inside material is uneven by the unbalance between cutting force and clamping force lead.The resolve of cutting force and clamping force forms residual stress,which causes deformation of the thin-wall web part and the vibration of the processing system.In this situation,the quality and precision are reduced.By adjusting the milling parameters,the impaction of deformation is studied.The deformation of parts is collected and analyzed by various feed mode,different feed rate,unlike cutting depth and disparate moving route.It is found that the deformation of the thin-wall web part can be controlled by choosing the right machining way,by improving clamping mode,by selecting reasonable milling parameters and by residual stress removal from heat treatment.The conclusion would widely be applied to various process of thin-wall web part,which have wide application value and provide new ideas for future researchers.
