Recent years,China'aerospace industry has been rapidly developed and made a series of remarkable achievements.The development of satellite communication technology made the test and measurement technology in the field of RF microwave,digital test,and wireless terminals,general testing,basic measurements satellite communication system is facing the higher challenge.More accurate,faster and more flexible test measures can quickly and accurately determine the merits of a communication system.With the increase of Ka-band communication satellite transponder subsystem data business,High speed and broadband application communication technology become the main research and development direction.It also puts forward a new requirement for the performance of each component of the repeater subsystem.In this paper,we first discuss the design and implementation of the circuit of Ka-band low noise amplifier.And then it illustrates the development and improvement of the out of band suppression measurement system for the spaceborne Ka-band input preselector with this Ka-band low noise amplifier.It Meets the requirements of test by achieving the out of band suppression degree of the spaceborne Ka-band input preselector is greater than 130dB.It prefect the work of test and verification of the spaceborne Ka-band input preselector on the ground.In this paper,a microstrip probe transition of Ka-band waveguide is introduced.The design has the characteristics of low insertion loss and low return loss.It satisfies the demand of low noise amplifier in Ka-band.Secondly,after discussing the Ka-band low noise amplifier device and related basic theory,the Ka-band low noise amplifier component is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the project.The low noise amplifier finally realized has a gain greater than 36dB over the 27GHz?29GHz band.The flatness is less than 1dB,the noise figure is less than 2.2dB,and the 1dB compression point power is greater than 24dBm,which meets the requirements of the Ka-band low noise amplifier applied to the spaceborne Ka-band input preselector out of band suppression degree measurement scheme.Finally,the paper discusses the current status and problems encountered in out-of-band suppression measurements of the spaceborne Ka-band input preselector.Proposes a technical solution for measuring dynamic range using Ka-band low noise amplifier by extending vector network analyzer.Completed measurement of high out-of-band suppression degree of the Ka-band input preselector.
