The communication between high speed train and Radio Block Center(RBC)is an important component of CTCS-3 train operation control system,the reliability of the communication will directly affect the efficiency and safety of the railway operation.However,the train-ground communication time-out fault is a common type of fault in the current high speed railway operation,which will trigger the train braking,and also maybe cause the train operation level descending from CTCS-3 to CTCS-2,even stopping.The cause of the fault is complex and it is difficult to locate the fault source.At present,the fault diagnosis and maintenance work mainly depends on the technicians' practical experience,fault analysis and fault location is ineffective.If the fault location is inaccurate or the fault treatment is improper,it often causes such fault to occur again.Train or RBC transmits information in the form of wireless messages,the interaction process of the wireless messages can reflect the real-time working state of the wireless transmission system.Based on the working principle of this system,this paper studies the wireless communication messages between train and RBC and formulates the fault detection rules.This paper takes CTCS-3 train operation control system and CTCS-300 T train as the research objects,firstly,studies the structure of CTCS-3 system and wireless transmission subsystem,research the features of wireless message packets.Secondly,according to the packet ID of wireless messages,use Hermite interpolation method to describe the interaction process of wireless messages and form interactive fault curve of the train-ground communication under the condition of time-out fault of the operating train,then correct fault curve according to rules,obtain the corrected curve,compare fault curve and corrected curve to get contrast curve,use contrast curve's shape and color characteristics to display different abnormal conditions,so that the staff can observe and analyze fault conveniently,and determine the fault source.Then,use expert diagnosis system based on CBR to diagnose and process fault,according to the specific fault features of the site fault source,use Rough Set theory to assign and determine the weight coefficient of fault features.The fault will be matched with the weight coefficient and by the way of weighted Euclidean distance algorithm,we can get an examination of the solution.Finally,put forward the function target of the diagnosis system,design structure,function modules and database of the diagnosis system in detail according to the target,andrealize the fault diagnosis system,which includes functions of data parsing,fault analysis and diagnosis,case management,historical fault query and statistics.Realize the location and solution of the fault of train-ground communication,it has great significance to prejudge fault,improve accuracy and efficiency of the fault diagnosis,also reduce the working strength of the staff.
