With the development of modern urban traffic,urban mass transit have been chosen to travel by resident with its fast,punctual,safe and efficient.Meanwhile,the development and application also make a great contribution to reduce urban traffic pressure.Urban mass transit,compared to other modes of transportation,has the advantages of intensive,efficient,energy saving and environmental protection,and has no air pollution,parking difficulty than cars.Operating speed of urban mass transit can reach more than 20 kilometers per hour,and operational capability of urban mass transit can be up to 7000 people,more than a bus.However,with the improvement of train running speed,the energy consumption of the train is significantly increased.Therefore,under the conditions of running time,the research on energy saving operation of urban rail trains can not only promote the development of low carbon economy,but also reduce the cost of train operation,which has great economic significance.Based on the above background,this paper takes the background of energy saving and optimization control as the background.First,the operation model of the urban rail train is calculated and analyzed,and the traction calculation model of the urban rail train is established through the stress analysis of the train.Based on energy recovery of regenerative braking of train,the calculation model for energy consumption of urban rail trains is set up.Base on this,the objective function of energy saving optimization for urban rail train is established.Meanwhile,the concept of rolling ramp is introduced in this paper,dividing the running interval of the train.Through the minimum principle and train driver's manipulation experience,we get the train energy saving optimization operation sequence,which transforms the optimization control problem of train energy saving to solve the problem of working conversion point,and calculate by GA.Under the above basis,This paper,based on the development environment of Visual Studio 2010,and based on MFC framework,develops a simulation system for traction calculation of urban rail trains,which not only supports the input of trains and lines,as well as the output of train simulation operation charts,but also supports dynamic simulation and real-time display of train's force,speed,kilometer and other information.It have a perfect function.Finally,through the "Foshan Nanhai" line and the corresponding low floor urban rail train,this paper simulates the train energy saving control sequence proposed in this paper.Under the premise of meeting the punctuality of train safety,the energy saving operation optimization sequence proposed in this paper is less than 11.2% under the given operation diagram.Compared with the maximum capacity operation strategy,the energy consumption is saved by 16.5%,which has significant energy saving effect.The feasibility of the proposed energy saving operation sequence is verified.Meanwhile,the speed of algorithm optimization is faster,which verifies the efficiency of GA.The reliability of the traction simulation system of urban rail train is verified through the simulation operation of train.
