| 21 isolates of Trichoderma spp. were islated from sclerotia of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Five species were identificated to be Trichoderma harzianum Rifai, Trichoderma koningii Oudenmans, Trichoderma eudokoningii Samuels, Suarez & Evans, Trichonerma atroviride Karsten and Trichonerma longibrachiatum Rifai by biological characteristics and molecular biological identification.We determinated the parasitic effect antagonistic effect of them, it shows us that T. harzianum Sch234 can be a potential biocontrol strains. It has high sporulation quantity, growth rate and parasitic effect on Sclerotinia slerotiorum, but doesn’t have antagonistic effect.Determination of Sch234 growth rate under different temperature and pH shows the optimum temperature is 30℃, and the optimum pH is 5-6.Determination of the inhibition effect of Sch234 fermented broth at different temperature on S. slerotiorum shows that the fermented broth growing at 35℃for 5d can inhibit S. slerotiorum growth by 81.32%.We inoculated S. slerotiorum on rape leaves treated with fermented broth and conidia suspension of Sch234, and it shows that both of them inhibit the disease spot of S. slerotiorum. There are no disease spot appeared on the leaves treated with fermented broth and conidia suspension.Fermented broth can inhibit the germination of rape seeds, but dilute fermented and conidia suspension don’t have obvious growth promoting effect. |
