Abstract/Summary:
China is a traditional large agricultural country, corn is the main grain in our country. But due to the lack of systematic field management measures in breeding, cultivation, growth, harvest process, its quality and yield are lagging behind the developed countries. Domestic plant protection machinery have some shortcomings, such as bad quality and poor performance,, which lead to failure to get effective extermination of disease and pest and nutrition supply during corn’s life cycle, thus, unable to get high quality corn. From the point of the whole process of corn growth, mechanical field management is still the bottleneck.Based on the related studies on corn growth period, maize small trumpet early in the extermination of pests and diseases can use small spray machine, but the vast majority is to rely on artificial or artificial use spray to complete. When maize plants reach a meter above, manual spraying medicine fog labor intensity is very large and the pesticide and herbicide fog may poison human. After corn in the sealing ridge, the existing agricultural machinery and equipment due to clearance limit, cannot enter the field. Therefore, the analysis of the plant protection machinery and its spraying-application technology, our existing models and technical present situation and existing problems, strengthen the study on the production model that fits our country national condition, draw lessons from foreign experience, find out a way of high yield, high efficiency, environmental protection research on plant protection models. Those measures mentioned above play important role in development of our country agriculture.In view of our country corn planting system and regional characteristics, this thesis aims to study a new set of fertilizing sprayer for Maize in whole growth period which is functional for extermination of pests and diseases. The program focuses on fully hydraulic control, high hoist fertilizing sprayer machine, this design must meet the requirement of not to harm3.5m corn while operating, spraying12rows and fertilizing3furrows at same time under600mm uniform ridge cultivation mode. Universal chassis and traction fertilizer spraying head are connected, chassis with200mm high clearance, so as to walk easily in field. Four-wheels running mechanism and dual-rear-wheel-drive are adopted, thereby increasing traction and flexibility. Depth of fertilizing, lifting of arms and front wheels, are controlled by hydraulic distributor. Experiments are concerned essentially with nozzles, pollution of human and environment and effectiveness. It has high weeding-control efficiency and over93%disinfectation rate, those can be strongly supported by testing data.the test results show that the model can effectively solve the maize yield pests.Through researching on domestic and foreign market of spraying machinery situation, development of domestic market, the forecast and analysis for products in the future5years were made:this fertilizing sprayer are beneficial, the market prospect is broad, the potential user amount is huge, without any risk, the benefit is distinct.
