With the rapid development of economy and urbanization, the consumption of livestock and poultry products is increasing.China is a big country of agriculture,livestock and poultry products in the production of carbon emissions has become an important source of greenhouse gas emissions in China, is probably offset by a fall in our country in other industry emission reduction efforts; Moreover, based on the 2020 carbon intensity reduction target which China's government has formally proposed,Therefore, the research on how to reduce China's livestock and poultry products in the production of carbon emissions is of important significance. This paper take a new visual angle, through review of domestic and foreign literatures, choose the life cycle emission factor, using the method of life cycle assessment carbon, to understand and grasp the spatio-temporal carbon emission situations of animal products in China,then research the relevant effective carbon emission reduction measures of livestock and poultry products. In this paper, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) according to the carbon emission factor and emission factor in the region of livestock and poultry products, livestock and poultry products consumption structure is more reasonable in our country, a reasonable distribution of livestock and poultry production area;(2) the carbon emissions of livestock and poultry products in China during 2002-2013 in general is on the rise, 12 years carbon emissions rise at an average annual rate of 2.6%, according to carbon source of livestock and poultry products in our country targeted to reduce emissions;(3) according to the regression analysis, the urban population, gross domestic product(GDP), promote the livestock and poultry products, livestock and poultry production has a steady upward trend,assuming that do not take any measures, livestock and poultry products in China in2015, 2020, 2015, carbon emissions will rise 2.1%, respectively, compared with2013-2.7%, 26.6% to 39.9% and 26.6%- 112.0%;(4) the carbon emissions of livestock and poultry products in the land use change and forage planting stage occupy 58% of the emissions of livestock and poultry products, energy use carbon is17%, the intestinal fermentation occupy 13% of the emissions of livestock and poultryproducts, waste emissions accounted for 10%, cattle and sheep grazing carbon emissions accounted for 2%, our country can arrange according to the size of the emission source proportion on emissions reduction;(5) through the reduction potential measurement, Our country 's precise fertilization, introducing high quality feed, use the grassland overgrazing ways to reduce emissions, enhance methane,biological fermentation bed technology research and application of emission reduction and lead the people of low carbon consumption, reduce waste emission reduction measures have good potential to reduce emissions.
