| Effects of chinese yam polysaccharide on Growth Performance、serum biochemical indexes and immune function in Ningdu Yellow Chickens were discussed in the experiment. This test uses a single factor experimental design, the experiment lasted 21 dayso 900 healthy Ningdu Yellow Chicke (30.8±2.4kg BW) at 1 day of age were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates of 30 chicke includingThe control group was fed a corn soybean meal based diet (CR), treatment 1, add 0.2%yam crude polysaccharide in the basal diet; treatment 2, add 0.4%yam crude polysaccharide in the basal diet; treatment 3, add 0.6%yam crude polysaccharide in the basal diet, treatment 4, on the basis of diet supplemented with 4%of aflatoxin 50mg/kg. The results showed that:1. In 1-11d, compared with CR group,0.4%and 0.6%Chinese yam polysaccharide group significantly decreased feed meat ratio difference (P<0.05); in 11-21d,0.4%of Chinese yam polysaccharides group significantly improve Ningdu Yellow Hen average daily gain (P<0.05) and decreased feed meat ratio (P<0.05),0.6%Chinese yam polysaccharide group significantly increased average daily gain (P< 0.05).1-21d,0.4% and 0.6%of Chinese yam polysaccharide group significantly decreased feed meat ratio (P<0.05) and improve the average daily gain (P<0.05)。2. Effects of chinese yam polysaccharides on immune function of Ningdu Yellow Chickens(1)It was concluded that dietary supplementation of 0.4%,0.6%group-supplemented increased the serum concentration of IgA、IgM、IgG(PO.05), while 0.2%group-supplemented was better in 21 day than CR, Compared with ANT, the serum concentration of IgA was higher with 0.4%group-supplemented (PO.05), while 0.6%group-supplemented improved IgG(P<0.05)。(2)Compare with 11 day CR, the index of spleen and thymus in 0.4%、0.6%group-supplemented were increased(P<0.05)。 0.4%,0.6%group-supplemented were better than ANT(P>0.05),0.2%、0.4%、0.6% group-supplemented in 21 day increased 7.6%(P>0.05)、 10.5%(P>0.05) and 21.9%(P<0.05) respectively, Index of Bura of Fabricious were improved with 0.2%、0.4%、0.6%group-supplemented, and 0.6%group-supplemented was best in our experiment 。3. Effects of chinese yam polysaccharides on antioxidative of Ningdu Yellow ChickensCompare with CR, polysaccharide group-supplemented all improved SOD, but not significantly(P>0.05),0.4%、0.6%group-supplemented were better than CR(P<0.05),0.4% group-supplemented decrease the MDA in 21 day。4 Effects of chinese yam polysaccharides on on Ningdu Yellow Chickens Serum Biochemical IndicesCompare with CR,0.6%yam crude polysaccharide group-supplemented was higher,but not significantly(P>0.05) 。 The lever of TP,ALB of polysaccharide group-supplemented were higher than CR, but no significant(P>0.05),0.6%yam crude polysaccharide group-supplemented improved The lever of Ca(P<0.05), with concentration of polysaccharide The lever of Ca was promoted,but not significantly 。These results indicate that Chinese yam polysaccharide can improve the Ningdu yellow hens daily weight gain, feed utilization rate, improve the index of immune organs, enhance serum antioxidant. the purpose of enhancing animal immunologic function, dietary supplementation of 0.4%group-supplemented were best in our experiment。... |
