Dangshan Su Pear is native to China, which is also the dominant pear variety. At present, many parts of the country have transplanted Dangshan su pear, but different climatic conditions obviously influnce the Dangshan su pear quality. There are some difference in the quality of Dangshan su pear while the cultivated regions different. But which is the key influence factor is unclear. This study compares the fruit quality between Dangshan su origin - Dangshan County and Dangshan su transplanting site -Shou County, and then combine the two kinds of weather factors. Through these comparisons we explore the influence of climatic conditions on Dangshan su fruit quality. Thereby provide a theoretical basis for improving Dangshan su quality. Key findings are as follows.1?Fruit qualities which include stone cell content, lignin content, sugar content, acid content and single fruit weight are influenced by the different climatic conditions which include ten-day total sunshine, ten-day average relative humidity, ten-day total precipitation and ten-day average temperature;2?The content of stone cell and acid in Dangshan su fruit is obviously influenced by ten-day total sunshine, but the single fruit weight is influenced by ten-day total precipitation. The lignin and sugar content are influenced by all the climatic factors;3?The change trend of stone cell content in different development stages of Dangshan su different parts are basically the same, they are all increased first and then decreased. However there is a difference in different parts stone cell content, the content of stone cell in near core pulp is the highest and followed by near peel pulp stone cell content, middle pulp has the lowest stone cell content;4?PPO and POD activity trends in different development stages of Dangshan su different parts are the difference. The change trend of POD activity is increased first and then decreased and then increased and last decreased, maximum at 63 days after flowering. The activity in different parts are:near core pulp> near peel pulp> middle pulp. The change trend of PPO activity is increased first and then decreased. The activity in different parts are:near core pulp> middle pulp> near peel pulp.5?The change trends of stone cell content is the same with the POD activity in different development stages of Dangshan su which cultivated in Dangshan County. They are all maximum at 63 days after flowering. This shows that POD enzyme involved in the formation of stone cell and oxidation of lignin monomer.
