The perennial Medicago sativa cv.Victoria as experimental materials,discusses the acid?pH = 3,4.5,6,7.5?,Al3+?0,50,100,200mg/L?effect of seed germination and seedling growth of Medicago sativa seeds,and using statistical method of quardric orthogonal rotation combinatory design study that four kinds of nutrient elements of Ca,Mg,Mo,B effect seed germination and seedling growth of Medicago sativa in the acid-aluminum stress(pH 4.5 and Al3+100mg/L).The results showed as follow:1?The growth conditions under a single acid stress,pH4.5 and 3 showed inhibitory effect on Germination of alfalfa seeds and seedling growth,especiall y in the treatment of pH3.0 inhibition on the germination and growth of the st rong,but had no inhibitory effect on the pH6.0 and 7.5 treatment.The acidic environment of Alfalfa Seed Germination and seedling growth;2?Low concentration of aluminum?<50mg/L?has little influence on seed germination,growth of alfalfa is normal,germination rate,germination potential,germination index,shoot length,root length were significantly higher than other treatments?p<0.05?;but when the aluminum content in 100mg/L,200mg/ L,alfalfa germination and seedling growth was severely inhibited.3?The interaction effect of acid stress and aluminum stress on germination of alfalfa seeds and seedling growth was more intensive than those of single stress.when pH<4.5 and Al3+ >50 mg/L,the inhibition effects on alfalfa germination and growth were already presented.4?By using the orthogonal rotation combination design,4 kinds of trace elements?calcium,magnesium,molybdenum and boron?ease effect of acid aluminum stress seed to the alfalfa,The results showed that all 36 combinations of germination,vigor index and root length were significantly higher than the control treatment.Four fertilizer factors,calcium,boron,molybdenum can significantly improve the germination rate.calcium improve the most significanly t the vigor index;the boron can significantly improve the root length t;four kinds of fertilizer had significant effect on chlorophyll.5?The test of effects of four micro-nutrients on seedling growth of alfalfa under acid-aluminumstress.In order to counteract the combination effects of acid & Al on Germination energy,the optimum micro-nutrient combination should be: calcium 160 mg/L,molybdenum 0.1 mg/L,magnesium 400 mg/L,boron 1 mg/L;In order to counteract the combination effects of acid & Al on Vigor index,the optimum micro-nutrient combination should be: calcium 160 mg/L,molybdenum 0.1 mg/L,magnesium 400 mg/L,boron 3 mg/L;For alfalfa seeding root length,the optimum micro-nutrient combination should be: calcium 160 mg/L,molybdenum 0.1 mg/L,magnesium 100 mg/L,boron 1 mg/L;For Chlorophyll content of alfalfa,the optimum micro-nutrient combination should be: calcium 640mg/L,molybdenum 0.1 mg/L,magnesium800mg/L,boron 3 mg/L.
