Melon major cultivars'Yu Gu','Xi Bo Luo Tuo', 'Oriental cantaloupe 1','Oriental cantaloupe 2','Ha Mi Red', accounting for over 76% of the area planted in spring and autumn.About farmers, the non-local farmers regardless of the number of households, the area, and the output value is higher than the local farmers. Farmers have different planting methods and facilities.Their age is older, and education level is lower, so the ability to accept new technology is lower too. Disorder medication, fertilization unreasonable, and the pollution of environment is serious.Planting scale and operation have large differences between cooperatives. It has strong brand awareness, variety optimization, quality assurance, but some cooperatives sales channel is narrow and should to be innovation. The scarcity of land, continuous cropping obstacle is becoming more and more serious, operation cost is more and more high. The internalperson's technology is less and level is not high. They do not understand the policy cleanly and anti disaster ability is weak.At present, many varieties have been planted for many years, quality with the increase of planting age decreased, need varieties replacement.
