The Perch(Perca fluviatilis) belongs to the Perciformes, Percide Perca. It has the following characteristics:(1) strong eurythermal, natural overwintering in the northern cold areas;(2) strong salt tolerance, can enduring the environment of salinity 12;(3) short reproductive cycle, simple laying eggs, fries easy to cultivate;(4) high disease resistance, easy to catch. Perch is delicious and very popular in the international trade of aquatic products market, which is a good market prospect of aquaculture products. Since 1992, Fortuna's county administration in Xinjiang capture Perch with the success of the artificial reproduction, breeding it successively introduced to Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Shanghai, Jiangsu and other places. This paper conducted a Bren sea Perch artificial breeding research, including breeding, seedling cultivation and fish breeding. Through this experiment, optimizing Perch breeding technology, to get a more scientific Perch fish farming, and then provide a scientific theoretical guidance for Perch fish farming, promoting the health cultivation in the country. The studies include three parts of the reproducing, fries cultivating and autumn fingerlings cultivating, adult fishes raising about Perch in Wulungu Lake. The reproducing experimental results show that:(1)The average fertility rate of natural reproducing and artificial reproducing on Perch are 93.4%, 67.9% respectively, t-test show that the fertilization rate of natural reproducing on Perch is extremely significantly higher than that of perch artificial reproducing(P<0.01).(2)The average hatching rate of natural reproducing and artificial reproducing on Perch are 81.9%, 83.2% respectively, t-test show that the difference of hatchability rate between natural reproducing and artificial reproducing is not significant on perch(P >0.05). The experimental results of fries cultivating and autumn fingerlings cultivating show that:(1)The yolk sac absorption of Perch water flower fries is over after 5 days of fries cultivating, the relationship between yolk sac diameter and day-old of Perch water flower fries is a linear negative correlation, equation R = 0.41 t + 2.07(R2 = 0.9935).(2)The average length of perch summer flower fries is 38.5 mm after 30 days cultivating period.(3)The relationship between length growth and day-old of Perch summer flower fries is a quadratic function, body length growth equation L = 0.0446 t2-0.0446 t+ 5.2782(R2 = 0.9966).(4)After autumn fingerlings cultivating, the average size of Perch autumn fingerlings is 16.9 cm/ind, the average net production of Perch autumn fingerlings is 4834.5 kg/ha, the average survival rate of Perch autumn fingerlings is 34.2%.The experimental results of adult fishes raising show that:(1)In the condition of the average size 30-95 g/ind and the average net raising density 1683 kg/ha, the results of the average size 426 g/ind and the average net production 5694 kg/ha can be gotten in the area of Wulungu Lake.
