| Today, chemical prevention and control occupies an important place in plant protection.Underground spraying will impact on physiological and biochemical process of plant roots, but most of the research is aimed at the aerial part of wheat, and the study of roots system has rarely been reported.nowadays the relationship between aerial and underground part of wheat has been studied by many researchers,The growth of wheat roots is not isolated,but closely associated with aerial part which includes roots number,root activity and enzyme activity,and all of them are main indications for physiological indexes.In this paper, we treated wheat seedling roots with four kinds of insecticide,such as 2% avermectin EC, Actara WG,2.5% Lambda-cyhalothrin EC and Acetamiprid EC,in order to test the phytomass,physiological and biochemical indexes. The goal of all this was to provide scientific and effective suggestions of rational use and evaluation of insecticides.This test was based on concentration which is commonly used in production and living.abamectin was diluted to 1000 times,1500 times and 2000 times, and Actara WG was diluted to 2500 times, 5000 times and 7500 times, and Acetamiprid EC was diluted to 4000 times,5000 times and 6000 times,while Lambda-cyhalothrin was diluted to 1000 times,2000 times and 3000 times.The Results were compared with water at the same time, and each block was designed with repeat 3 replications.The pesticide dosage according to the 750 kg/hm2, We irrigate the paper with pesticide according to the 750 kg/hm2 until soaked,and we test wheat seedling biomass when the seedling with second true leaf,included fresh weight, dry weight, seedling height, root fresh weight, root dry weight, root and lateral root length,,organic matter, active oxygen removal of enzyme.The results showed that:1. after 24 hours, wheat seedling’s root biomass increased sprayed by abamectin and Actara WG,while wheat seedling’s root biomass reduced sprayed by Lambda-cyhalothrin EC and Acetamiprid EC2. after 24 hours,seedling’s roots activity increased sparyed by abamectin and Actara WG, and Actara WG affected the result more;but Lambda-cyhalothrin EC and Acetamiprid EC make the seedling’s roots activity declined.3. after 24 hours,chlorophyll content increased sprayed by Actara WG,while chlorophyll content reduced sprayed by abamectin,Lambda-cyhalothrin EC and Acetamiprid EC.4. after 24 hours, free proline content and Free amino acid increase sprayed by these four kinds of insecticide. soluble protein content increased sprayed by the first two,while reduced by the latt two.5. after 24 hours, the wheat Seedlings roots under these four insecticides’ stress, SOD, POD,CAT activity were increased.APX,GPX,MDA,GS activity declined sprayed by abamectin and Actara WG.APX,MDA activity increasd,and GPX,GS decreased sparyed by Lambda-cyhalothrin EC and Acetamiprid EC.It is speculated that compared with four kinds of pesticides deliquated to the concentration which is commonly used in production and living, Lambda-cyhalothrin EC and Acetamiprid EC harm strongly to wheat seedlings roots, while abamectin and Actara WG was more secure. |
