Soil is the loose surface layer of the earth's surface, which has spatial and temporal variability, which is caused by the change of the spatial variation, called the spatial variation of soil. The field test shows that, even in the different positions of the same field, soil properties also have large difference. To analasis Organic matter, total nitrogen, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, available calcium, available magnesium, available zinc, available boron, available copper, available iron, available manganese by geostatistics and GIS,and also analasis the soil fertility improvement. The soil nutrient improvement measures in Laoling county were put forward.1. Coefficient of variation of soil nutrients in Laoling county is 18.11% to 146%,the available magnesium is the lowest, and available copper is the largest. All of the measure items consistent with normal distribution. Some of the soil nutrients do not conform to the normal distribution after logarithmic transformation also conforms to the fall.2. The physical and chemical properties and nutrients in Laoling county are in a certain range of spatial correlation, the spatial variation is increased if the sampling spacing increases, and finally tends to a stable value, which indicates that the measured samples are spatially correlated.3. According to the equal variance diagram, we can determine the theoretical model and analasis the isotropy. The model is in order to index, Gauss, and spherical model. Variable range of nutrients is between 1,110 to 60,500 meters.PH, total nitrogen, available potassium, available boron are the lowest, and organic matter, available calcium, available mg, available zinc are the largest. Nugget effect is between 1% and 38.9%. Alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and available copper nugget effect is minimal, which indicates that the structural factors that affect larger, total nitrogen nugget is the largest, indicating that the random factors affect larger, the rest are subject to structural and random factors common role in to influence and effect of random factors.4. Various nutrients of Laoling county interpolation analysis, besides available phosphorus, the rest of the physical and chemical properties and elements are characterized by strong spatial variability. By analyzing the content of each villages(streets),the soil nutrients of each villages(streets) is consiented with the figures of the various nutrient content analyzing by interpolation.5. In Laoling county soil nutrient fertilizer improved utilization of cartography, Laoling soil nutrient condition overall deviation, soil nutrient need fertilizer improved arable land accounts for 89.28% of the total arable land area, Laoling farmland soil fertilizer improved the main direction of the increasing organic fertilizer application, at the same time should pay attention to the application of microelement fertilizer, gradually improve the soil nutrient content.
